Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in accounts payable and disbursements.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, bank reconciliations, and vendor statement matching.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier invoices matching with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and AP aging analyses.
• Record accruals, monthly closing entries, and bank reconciliations.
