Job summary

Tibah Airports Operation Co. is seeking an Operations Duty Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee daily airport operations across airside, landside and terminal areas during assigned shifts.

You will act as the senior on‑duty authority ensuring safety, security and high service standards, and coordinate responses to incidents and disruptions. We require a Bachelor’s in Airport Management (or Diploma with extensive experience) and an Airport Duty Management certification, with at least five years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Airport Management or related field; diploma may be considered with extensive experience.
• Airport Duty Management / Operations Certification.
• Minimum 5 years in airport operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/duty management role.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English.
• Proficiency in airport systems and procedures (AODB, FIDS, RMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise terminal, landside, and airside operations during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety regulations, and service standards.
• Act as senior on-duty contact point for stakeholders.
• Respond to disruptions and emergencies with timely resolutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of terminal, ramp, apron, and landside areas.
• Coordinate resources during delays, diversions, or cancellations.
• Monitor airport systems and document shift handovers.
• Maintain shift reports for senior management.
• Support safety and security management systems.
