Job summary

Career Legal in Riyadh seeks a Senior Accountant to support the Finance Manager in running daily finance operations of the Riyadh office. You will collaborate with US and London finance teams to meet the office’s financial management needs and ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in transactional finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and fluency in Arabic and English. Proficient in Elite 3E, Coupa, Chrome River, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of transactional finance experience (billing, AR, AP, GL, payroll).
• Experience in law firm or professional services is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank transactions, including reconciliations.
• Support client billing, e-invoicing and collections with the London-based Revenue Team.
• Submit client e-bills through local electronic billing systems and confirm submissions.
• Assist month-end and year-end close with accruals and journal entries.
• Gather data for local and country regulatory and tax filings with Finance Manager and external consultant.
• Coordinate financial and tax audits and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Handle ad hoc finance assignments as needed.
