Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Accountant to support our Saudi Arabia Regional Headquarters, providing operational and financial accounting support for Saudi operations and RHQ activities, including UAE as required.

This role works with regional Project Managers and U.S.-based accounting to maintain strong financial discipline, support audits, and ensure timely close processes across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in operational or financial accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and close support.
• Experience working with auditors or supporting external audits.
• Proficiency with Excel for financial analyses and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post selected journal entries requiring professional judgment.
• Perform high‑risk reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Prepare draft local financial statements for Saudi Arabia and RHQ entities.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities with timely schedules.
