Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Practical experience in the field of accounting.
• Strong knowledge of daily and statutory accounting procedures.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting regulations and systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong, decisive, and leadership-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle work pressure and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with departments, clients, and vendors.
• Commitment, confidentiality, and safeguarding the company’s financial information.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on all daily accounting operations.
• Record journal entries and review documents and invoices to ensure their accuracy.
• Follow up on customer and vendor accounts, expenses, and revenues.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and accounting reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, collections, and payments.
• Prepare periodic reports and financial statements.
• Follow up on monthly and annual closings and comply with statutory accounting procedures.
• Review expenses and ensure they align with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and departments on financial and accounting matters.
• Contribute to preparing budgets and cash flows when needed.
• Follow up on tax and zakat obligations, as well as e-invoices, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Identify accounting errors and observations and address them in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and records accurately and in an organized manner.
• Prepare any financial reports or statements requested by management.
