Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, and laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Indian nationality preferred.
• Valid own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations prepared by junior accountants.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, regulations, and laws.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in financial processes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Provide support during internal or external audits.
• Train new employees on accounting procedures and software systems.
