Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in creative roles.
• Previous experience in events industry preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a creative team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the creative team through concept development and design process.
• Develop creative concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.
• Translate client briefs and project objectives into strong creative directions and concepts.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for pitches and ongoing projects.
• Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the approved concept.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and other team members.
• Develop creative concepts for stages, booths, exhibitions, event spaces, activations, and interactive experiences.
• Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Oversee the creative development process from initial concept through final execution.
• Ensure creative deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on creative trends and new ideas within the events and experiential industry.
