• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and delivery oversight of security programs across networks, IAM, and endpoint security.
• Ensure delivery aligns with service levels, KPIs, and organizational goals.
• Act as governance liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams.
• Lead service reviews, governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery issues and risks.
• Oversee SLAs, dependencies, and performance metrics for successful delivery.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous service improvement and security maturity programs.
• Monitor service health and operational performance trends.
• Collaborate with security architecture, engineering, operations and risk teams.
• Support audit activities and remediation timelines.
• Develop governance dashboards and executive updates.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and service management.

Additional Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and delivery oversight of security programs across domains including Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and related cybersecurity services.
• Ensure delivery performance aligns with agreed service levels, key performance indicators (KPIs), and organizational objectives.
• Act as the primary governance liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams.
• Lead service reviews, governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues and risks.
• Oversee service-level risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security policies, standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and security maturity enhancement programs.
• Monitor service health, delivery effectiveness, and operational performance trends.
• Collaborate with security architecture, engineering, operations, and risk teams to ensure effective execution of security initiatives.
• Support audit activities and ensure remediation activities are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
• Develop and present governance reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver security programs effectively while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and service management activities where applicable.
• Promote best practices in security governance, service management, and operational excellence.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and broader cybersecurity domains.
• Knowledge of security governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards.
• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and service delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with security controls, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Ability to interpret and report on security performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
• Strong understanding of incident escalation management and governance processes.
• Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)
• ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent program management certification
