Job summary

IBM Consulting in Saudi Arabia seeks a Delivery Manager - Cyber Security to lead end-to-end cybersecurity engagements for IBM clients. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery quality while coordinating cross-functional teams across cybersecurity workstreams.

You will work in a regulated environment (NCA ECC, SAMA CSF) and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and escalation support to ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering IT or cybersecurity programmes.
• Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity regulatory frameworks (NCA ECC, SAMA CSF).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional cybersecurity delivery teams.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity advisory, implementation, and managed-security engagements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional IBM and client teams across cybersecurity workstreams.
• Oversee delivery across SOC, cloud security, and OT security.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client executives throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Work closely with IBM Security practice leads to maintain delivery quality and address project risks and issues.
• Build strong client relationships and drive overall client satisfaction.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Delivery Manager - Cyber Security, you will lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services engagements for IBM clients across Saudi Arabia. You will manage complex engagements within NCA and SAMA-regulated environments, working closely with client stakeholders, IBM delivery teams, and Security practice leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity advisory, implementation, and managed-security engagements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional IBM and client teams across cybersecurity workstreams.
• Oversee delivery across areas including SOC, cloud security, and OT security.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client executives throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Work closely with IBM Security practice leads to maintain delivery quality and address project risks and issues.
• Build strong client relationships and drive overall client satisfaction.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 6+ years of experience delivering IT or cybersecurity programmes/projects.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity regulatory frameworks, including NCA ECC and SAMA CSF.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional cybersecurity delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• PMP or equivalent project/programme management certification.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity engagements within regulated environments in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience across SOC, cloud security, OT security, or managed-security programmes.
• Consulting or client-facing cybersecurity delivery experience.
