Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking experienced Consultants to join our Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E) practice in Riyadh. You will lead project workstreams, apply AI and analytics, and help clients transform operations and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or an industry role related to one or more SC&E capability areas.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience developing presentations, analyses, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, operational, technical, and engineering teams.
• A strong interest in working at the intersection of business, operations, engineering, and technology.
• A commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to proposals and client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, conduct structured analysis, engage with client stakeholders, and develop practical recommendations that improve operational and business performance.
• Solve complex business and operational challenges using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Develop strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Apply digital technologies, AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to improve performance.
• Support implementation by defining initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance measures.
• Support business growth through client discussions and practice-development initiatives.
