Responsibilities

• Manage and support social security–related projects.
• Create and update records on e-government platforms.
• Prepare briefs and maintain records of social security interactions.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Raise tickets with Qiwa, MoHR, and GOSI for issue resolution.
