Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and GCC tariff codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP/logistics systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage key account operations and meet SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage each job for allocated customers.
• Clear incoming and outgoing air and sea freight shipments per terms and schedules.
• Perform VCC corrections with customs authorities and resolve time-critical issues.
• Verify original shipping documents, HS code classification, and duty/tax calculation.
• Manage job registration, update details in EDI Cargo Wise, invoicing, and document management.
• Handle additional customer jobs during annual leave or as assigned by leadership.
• Ensure timely invoicing and avoid credit notes.
• Prepare and submit reporting dashboards and daily reports.
