Job summary

Aramco seeks a Process Engineer to join the Industrial Certification Division to oversee job certification compliance and develop competency tests. You will support test administration, conduct third-party evaluations, and promote certification awareness across the company.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering and 10+ years’ experience in oil/gas process operation, plus SAP/SuccessFactors proficiency and excellent English and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in process operation in oil and gas.
• SAP/SuccessFactors experience as end-user is required.
• Excellent English, training and computer skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop operator recertification tests and related artifacts (databases, graphics, blueprints, test items).
• Review and develop recertification tests with SMEs.
• Pilot and validate test items for accuracy.
• Support test administration and proctor recertification tests.
• Verify test items in SuccessFactors and QM server.
• Provide job certification awareness sessions.
• Prepare reports on job certification competency indices.
• Monitor test requests, attempts, retests, eligibility and violations.
• Complete special projects as assigned by supervision.
