Job summary

Saudi Aramco (ASC) is seeking a Process Control Systems Tech (PCST) Test Analyst and Evaluator with an extensive background in process control instrumentation and automation. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that both industrial and administrative employees meet job certification standards defined by the company.

The successful candidate will oversee compliance of job certification processes, assist in test development, and validate employee proficiency through evaluations. A strong background in oil and gas is required, alongside effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas process control systems and plant operations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial or vocational training, curriculum development and writing.
• Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist line organizations in developing PCST recertification tests and assessments.
• Conduct pilot tests on newly published or modified recertification tests.
• Provide Job certification awareness sessions to proponents and address any concerns.

Education

Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field
