Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in the digital domain.
• Proficiency with Customer Experience Platforms (CXP) and Loyalty programs.
• Strong leadership in managing teams of architects.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern the enterprise's digital architecture vision.
• Conduct architecture reviews of critical digital journeys.
• Design digital workstreams across web, mobile, loyalty, integration, and cloud.
