Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Riyadh seeks an experienced SAP Supply Chain Track Lead to drive SAP SCM projects from design through implementation and integration, enhancing client supply chain efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and maintain detailed SCM track plans, monitor milestones, and push for timely deliverables while managing risks.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with deep SAP SCM knowledge and a proven track record in delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in SAP SCM with at least 5 years in leadership/project management.
• Proven SAP implementation and optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, inventory, procurement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage track plans.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
• Experience in change management and user training is a plus.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Supply Chain Track Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead supply chain-focused SAP projects, managing the design, implementation, and integration of SAP solutions to enhance the efficiency of our clients' supply chain operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Create and execute the detailed SCM track plan
• Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time
• Reviews key deliverables
• Communicate track status updates based
• Develop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports
• Challenge the implementation team in solution design and tasks durations
• Manage integration areas with other streams
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing supply chain solutions within SAP
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and procurement
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning and risk management
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate in Supply Chain Management) are preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends
• Experience in change management and user training initiatives is a plus
