Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Riyadh is looking for a detail-oriented IT Administrator. The ideal candidate will manage the SAP Materials Management (MM) module and support procurement systems. Responsibilities include system administration, user access management, reporting, and ensuring data integrity. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science and have 2-4 years of experience in SAP MM administration. This position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SAP MM administration or support.
• Knowledge of SAP MM processes and integration points.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports SAP MM module and related procurement functions.
• Handles user access, data accuracy, and transaction monitoring within the system.
• Assists in system configuration, testing, and documentation of changes.
• Coordinates with IT and procurement teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
• Supports purchase requisition and purchase order workflows.
• Generates reports and ensures data integrity across materials and vendor master data.
• Provides training and guidance to end users.
• Ensures compliance with company IT policies and controls.
