Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Senior Consultant for a permanent onsite role in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in S/4HANA HR transformation programs. Key responsibilities include leading the SAP HCM to S/4HANA compatibility strategy, managing integrations, providing consultation on payroll and time management, and supporting process optimization across business units.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in HCM (PA/OM, Time, Payroll) and SuccessFactors (EC, Payroll, Recruiting).
  • Experience with S/4HANA compatibility, HR integrations, migration projects, and hybrid SAP–SF models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP HCM to S/4HANA compatibility strategy and guide the end-to-end transformation.
  • Manage integration between S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, covering EC, EC Payroll, Recruiting, and related modules.
  • Provide expert consultation on Payroll, Time Management, and HR Master Data migration planning.
  • Analyze the impact of S/4HANA on existing HR interfaces and third-party systems.
  • Support change management, process redesign, and HR functional optimization across business units.
