Role Description

Role: This is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Cybersecurity. The role focuses on generating, qualifying, and closing cybersecurity and compliance service engagements with organizations in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the founder and technical team to convert real client needs into signed and paid projects. This is a results-driven role suited for someone who understands enterprise sales, regulatory-driven buying, and long sales cycles — and knows how to navigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in cybersecurity, GRC, and compliance services
  • Engage decision-makers (CISO, CEO, Board, CTO, VPs and Decision makers in Risk, Compliance, IT, Audit, Management)
  • Conduct discovery meetings and qualify client needs and budgets
  • Coordinate proposals, pricing, and contracts with management
  • Drive deals from initial contact to signed and paid contracts
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and reporting
  • Build long-term client relationships and referrals
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, workshops, and events
What You Will Be Selling
  • GRC & regulatory compliance services (SAMA, NCA, PDPL readiness)
  • Cybersecurity assessments and audits including SOC Assessment/Audit
  • Virtual CISO and advisory services
  • Managed and project-based security engagements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
  • Cybersecurity
  • IT services
  • GRC / compliance / consulting
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and government buying cycles in KSA
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Arabic fluency required; English professional proficiency preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
