Anmar Al Riyadh Trading Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow elevator and building solutions in Riyadh. The role targets corporate and individual clients, guiding opportunities from first contact to closing.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales experience, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to travel within Riyadh. Fluent in Arabic and English, with a valid Saudi driving license, you will work onsite in a field-based capacity.

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will develop sales opportunities with corporate and individual customers and follow them through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities from corporate and individual customers.
• Build relationships with contractors, real estate developers, consultants, homeowners, and villa owners.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
• Negotiate commercial offers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in elevators, building materials, construction products, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop opportunities through to closing.
• Knowledge of the Saudi construction and real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel within Riyadh as required.

نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات ميداني طموح للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مدينة الرياض. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تطوير فرص المبيعات لدى العملاء من الشركات والأفراد ومتابعتها حتى إتمام البيع.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• استقطاب وتطوير فرص مبيعات جديدة لدى العملاء من الشركات والأفراد.
• بناء علاقات مهنية مع المقاولين والمطورين العقاريين والاستشاريين وملاك المنازل والفلل.
• متابعة الاستفسارات والعملاء المحتملين وعروض الأسعار والفرص البيعية القائمة.
• تنفيذ اجتماعات العملاء والزيارات الميدانية للمواقع.
• فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح حلول المصاعد المناسبة.
• التفاوض على العروض التجارية وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة.
• الحفاظ على سجلات مبيعات دقيقة وإعداد التقارير الدورية.

المتطلبات

• خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في المص elevators أو مواد البناء أو منتجات التشييد أو مجال ذي صلة.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء علاقات العملاء.
• القدرة على توليد العملاء المحتملين وتطوير الفرص البيعية حتى إتمام البيع.
• معرفة بسوق البناء والعقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية تعد ميزة إضافية.
• رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
• إجاد التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل الميداني والتنقل داخل مدينة الرياض عند الحاجة.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
