Job description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Key Accountabilities
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Determine annual unit and gross‑profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Define objectives, identify and evaluate trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning.
Education
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
