Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Development Associate Manager with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP solutions). The ideal candidate is a top performer with a strong ability to drive enterprise sales, build strategic relationships, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accounts.
  • Engage with C-level executives, HR, finance, and procurement teams to position FlyAkeed as a strategic travel management solution.
  • Drive enterprise-level sales with a consultative approach, understanding the client’s business needs and travel challenges.
  • Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and the marketing team to generate and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Manage complex negotiations and ensure a high close rate for high-value contracts.
  • Provide market insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance FlyAkeed’s product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a cultura of high performance.
