Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh to oversee and guide project development. You will ensure timelines and requirements are met while coordinating across teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in a similar role, strong English communication skills, and a strategic mindset. Saudi experience is preferred but not mandatory, with a competitive monthly salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree desirable.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role; experience in Saudi Arabia preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with the team, stakeholders, and customers to meet timelines and budget.
• Monitor progress; identify risks/issues and take proactive measures.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules covering goals, scope, deliverables and resources.
• Ensure timely completion of all project-related paperwork.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings across the development process.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management on timelines and status.
• Manage changes to project scope as needed by customers or business requirements.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies or services.
