Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders.
• Provide customers with menu information and answer any questions they may have.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the restaurant’s standards of quality are met when preparing and serving the food.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and resetting counters.
• Process payments from customers accurately.
• Handle customer complaints in a polite manner.
• Follow health and safety regulations in the workplace at all times.
