Job summary

CTRD Arabia in Riyadh seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations for CTRD Arabia, ensuring robust controls and timely reporting. You will own month-end close, group reporting with the Group Financial Controller, and analysis of performance against budget while guiding local staff.

The role requires ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent certification, strong balance-sheet discipline, and excellence in Excel and Zoho.

• Experience supporting external audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day financial management of CTRD Arabia, ensuring robust financial controls are maintained.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Group reporting – primary interface with Group Financial Controller.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reporting and supporting analysis.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, highlighting key variances, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular review and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with Group Finance policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
• Support the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to both local and Group stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, banking partners and relevant government authorities in Kingdom.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of statutory records and financial documentation.
• Monitor changes in local legislation and regulations, assessing potential impacts on the business and discussing with Group Finance team.
