Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is seeking a Finance Associate to support Head Office finance operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile sales and financial transactions, and assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.

The role requires 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience, IFRS knowledge, strong analytical and numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel. On-site work arrangement with a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales reconciliations and verify accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records in accordance with finance procedures.
• Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial statements.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting with data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and accounting standards.
