Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance against actual results.
• Conduct monthly closing activities to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Assist with annual audits and tax filings.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide guidance to management on financial matters and participate in strategic planning processes.
