Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members
Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
