Job summary

Mace, a leading international contractor and consultant, is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management for one of the Kingdom's largest mixed-use programmes in Riyadh. You will champion governance, develop risk frameworks, and mentor project teams to embed risk thinking across delivery.

You will integrate risk controls into plans, schedules, and budgets, run risk workshops, support audits, and drive timely mitigations.

Qualifications

Degree in risk management or engineering discipline.
Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body.

Responsibilities

Champion safety-first values and apply stop-work authority.
Demonstrate leadership and mentor junior staff.
Implement and continually improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards and reporting.
Facilitate risk workshops, reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with project teams to embed risk controls into plans, schedules and budgets.
Monitor changes to risk exposure and effectiveness of controls; drive timely mitigations.
Support risk reviews, audits and assurance activities to promote governance compliance.
Embed risk management into project planning, delivery, and cost baselines.
Ensure high-quality risk data and proactive monitoring of risk profiles.
Support net-zero carbon transition during delivery.
