Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team on-site. The role focuses on end-to-end accounts payable processing, accurate coding and timely payments, while ensuring VAT and local invoicing compliance.

Strong English and Arabic communication is essential. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and are adept at reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Sound accounting knowledge with familiarity with AP processes and financial controls.
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process with proper approvals and coding.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments and support month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with KSA VAT, ZATCA and local invoicing requirements; liaise with vendors and stakeholders.
• Record and post journal entries, accruals and accounting adjustments; perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure IFRS alignment and IFRS reporting requirements.
