Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager with a strong background in buildings and construction to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our building projects and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for building projects and operations
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits of buildings and construction sites
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed risk reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain risk registers, identifying potential threats and opportunities
  • Lead risk mitigation efforts and monitor their effectivenessProvide expert advice and training on risk management best practices to team members and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging risks in the construction and real estate sectors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
