The Rig Superintendent is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader within the Operations department taking overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of assigned rigs This leadership role encompasses HSE maintenance operations personnel management including subcontractors and asset protection and management The Rig Superintendent fosters a culture of excellence that prioritizes safety and collaboration They build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring efficient and cost-effective completion
