Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Experienced Professional to uphold health and safety standards on drilling rigs. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with client and BH HSE policies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address HSE issues.

Ideal candidates have NEBOSH IGC certification, at least 5 years of drilling rig experience, and familiarity with Aramco HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement (education).
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years experience in drilling rig operations.
• Familiar with Rig Aramco HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure adherence to Client and Baker Hughes HSE policies and procedures.
• Promote a safety culture with management and workforce.
• Lead or participate in site HSE meetings and communicate safety data and alerts.
