Job summary

Kingston Stanley is partnering with an international professional services firm in Riyadh to recruit a Revenue Controller. The role leads end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collections for the Riyadh office, coordinating with senior finance stakeholders and international revenue teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in billing or accounts receivable within professional services, strong VAT knowledge (KSA & ZATCA), and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, revenue management or accounts receivable in a law firm or professional services organisation.
• Good working knowledge of KSA VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; Elite 3E experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collection activities for the Riyadh office.
• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor unbilled fees, receivables, unapplied funds and collections.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to support billing and payment.
• Submit invoices through client e-billing platforms and resolve rejections or reductions.
• Review VAT application to ensure ZATCA compliance.
• Assist with VAT returns, reconciliations and audits.
• Support revenue reconciliations, year-end closing and audits.
• Ensure revenue and receivable reporting aligns with IFRS and policies.

This position will take ownership of the end-to-end billing and collections process, working closely with senior finance stakeholders, international revenue teams and key internal partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and collection activities for the Riyadh office.
• Prepare and process accurate, timely and high-quality client invoices.
• Monitor unbilled fees, outstanding receivables, unapplied funds and collection activity.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to support timely billing and payment.
• Prepare and submit invoices through client e-billing platforms, resolving any rejections or reductions.
• Review VAT application across the billing process to ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
• Support VAT return preparation, reconciliations and ZATCA audits or enquiries.
• Assist with revenue and accounts receivable reconciliations, year-end closing and external audit requirements.
• Ensure revenue and receivable balances are accurately reported in line with IFRS and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in billing, revenue management or accounts receivable in a law firm or professional services organisation is strongly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of KSA VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a Plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills; experience with Elite 3E would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
