Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage store inventory in Riyadh and work with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing. You will track shipments, ensure stock accuracy, and support merchandising across retail outlets.

The role emphasizes vendor liaison, inventory control, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends to drive competitive storefronts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Retail Management or related field.
Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
Knowledge of inventory control systems.
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
Excellent communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and cost-effective purchasing of goods.
Monitor stock levels, order merchandise as necessary, and ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
Ensure product quality meets company standards.
Track shipments to ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise.
Maintain accurate records for all merchandise sales and purchases.
Monitor competitor activity to keep pricing competitive.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and consumer preferences.
Assist with merchandising activities including store displays, promotions, pricing, etc.
Communicate with store personnel about new items or upcoming promotions.
