Restaurant Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Mecca. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
