Job summary

A leading development firm in Riyadh is seeking a Manager – B2B Development to enhance and manage partner relationships in luxury real estate. The successful candidate will oversee B2B partner strategy, ensure partner onboarding, and support performance tracking. Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience is required along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role will involve collaboration with various teams and travel for partner engagement.

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of experience in luxury real estate partnerships, broker management, or sales operations.
  • Experience working with third-party sales channels or broker networks.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support partner engagement.

Job Purpose

The Manager – B2B Development is responsible for executing the B2B partner strategy and managing day-to-day relationships with third-party sales partners. The role supports partner onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking, and may require periodic travel to support partner engagement and market development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute the B2B Development strategy and annual operating plans
  • Identify, screen, and recommend potential partners based on defined qualification criteria
  • Manage partner onboarding, documentation, and training coordination
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners
  • Coordinate partner training sessions, product briefings, and sales updates
  • Track partner activity, pipeline contribution, and sales performance
  • Address partner queries, operational issues, and escalation points
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and incentive tracking
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations, CRM, and Marketing teams
  • Support partner engagement activities, including selected site visits and events
Qualification and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6–9 years of experience in luxury real estate partnerships, broker management, or sales operations
  • Experience working with third-party sales channels or broker networks
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools
  • Willingness to travel as required to support partner engagement
