Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Reporting Manager for the Saudi National programme based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead all reporting for the project, coordinating with the client Project Controls team and managing the reporting supply chain.

Responsibilities include producing weekly and monthly programme reports, developing standards and policies, and supervising reporting assistants as needed. Anglo-English communication is required; Arabic desirable.

Qualifications

• BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
• Minimum relevant experience 5 years in the role projects.
• Minimum Regional Experience 5 years.
• Good standard of spoken and written English.
• Arabic language skills desirable.

Title: Reporting Manager - Saudi National Reporting Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Role

Responsible for all aspects of reporting for the Programme, reporting to the Project Controls Director. Liaise with the client Project Controls team to ensure requirements are adhered to and manage the supply chain of Contractors and Supervision Consultants reports.

Project Description

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed‑use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self‑sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets.

KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, in accordance with the client project controls team, the reporting requirements for the supply chain.
