Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training Lead to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation. The role focuses on people-side change, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of SAP processes across multiple plants and shifts.

The successful candidate will manage end-user training content in English and Japanese, lead a multi-language training program, and drive adoption metrics through hypercare.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and end-user training for enterprise system implementations.
• Experience delivering change management and training to manufacturing shop-floor populations (operators, inspectors, technicians).
• Experience supporting at least 3 full-lifecycle ERP implementations, including SAP.
• Strong ability to design and deliver role-based training curricula and materials.
• Experience defining and measuring adoption metrics beyond training completion rates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to engage with executives and shop-floor employees effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall change management and training strategy across multiple workstreams, plants, and business functions.
• Conduct change impact assessments by role, division, and plant location.
• Identify impacts on operators, inspectors, planners, and other end users.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans for executives and shop-floor staff.
• Design and deliver role-based training programs, including curricula, hands-on system training, work instructions, guides, dashboards, and processes.
