Job summary

OffSec is seeking a Student Mentor to guide learners through live chat, support emails, and grading exams across onsite, online, or remote trainings. The role involves supervising lab tests, assisting with course projects, and maintaining documentation.

The position is full-time with shift work across a 24/7 model, requiring evenings and weekends availability, international travel as needed, and a strong commitment to student success and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• OSCP certification is required.
• Strong cybersecurity mindset and problem solving.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and comprehension of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat, support email, and exam grading guidance to OffSec students.
• Support various project assignments across onsite, online, or remote trainings; assist with lab testing and troubleshooting.
• Examine and maintain OffSec lab systems and machine configurations.
• Create and maintain department documentation, procedures and processes.
• Review accommodation requests and maintain records of decisions.
• Assist cross-functional teams and adapt to different time zones; travel internationally as needed.
