Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead the development and ongoing enhancement of Health, Safety & Environmental programs. This home-office based role will guide regulatory compliance and drive a strong safety culture across offices and project sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee audits and investigations, and develop training and competency programs to elevate HSE performance and environmental stewardship across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, Lead Auditor or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, client requirements, and corporate standards.

✅ Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive operational excellence.

✅ Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions.

✅ Support project teams with risk assessments, HSE planning, and mitigation strategies.

✅ Develop and deliver HSE training, awareness, and competency development programs.

✅ Monitor HSE performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

✅ Champion continuous improvement initiatives and environmental stewardship across the business.

Qualifications & Experience

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

🔹 Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.

🔹 Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk management methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.

🔹 Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly desirable.
