The role requires deep O&M knowledge, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership, plant GMs, and corporate functions to ensure effective decision making and sustained value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in power, water, or industrial O&M.
• Strong knowledge of O&M commercial principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regional KPIs across plants to identify performance improvements.
• Prepare consolidated regional reports, dashboards, and five-year plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for bids, business cases, and O&M agreements.
• Oversee risk registers, audits, and governance compliance.
• Support regional O&M readiness, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Act as regional coordination point between leadership and corporate functions.
