Job summary

Regional Medical Advisor role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at Novo Nordisk, focuses on medical education, scientific dialogue, and building KOL relationships in cardiometabolic portfolio. You will provide medical support, education, and training across functions to external customers and healthcare professionals.

You will engage with KOLs, develop education seminars, and contribute to medico-marketing strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical affairs department within the pharmaceutical industry in a multinational organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required; Bachelor's degree in Medicine is a plus.
• Experience in Diabetes & Obesity therapy area is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and dedication with great scientific dialogue capabilities.
• Excellent command over both written and spoken English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Build and update scientific and medical knowledge about the cardiometabolic portfolio and relevant developments.
• Develop KOL engagement plans and contribute to shaping scientific agendas and clinical practice improvements.
• Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and emerging experts.
• Facilitate symposia, meetings, and education seminars for healthcare providers on Novo Nordisk products.
• Contribute to medico-marketing strategy and support local business plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from HCPs.
