Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC or a related field, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of HVAC

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Refrigerant handling certification.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities management environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct routine inspections and operational checks.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service reports.
• Support emergency maintenance activities.
