Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee daily recreation operations, including pool, fitness center, and F&B activities, delivering memorable guest experiences through hospitality excellence.

You will lead and train the recreation team, manage setup for events, monitor service quality, and safeguard health and safety standards to ensure a premium stay for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recreation operations: pool, fitness center, and F&B activities and programming.
• Train, schedule, and supervise recreation team members.
• Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and event furniture setup.
• Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Oversee linen, amenities, and inventory to maintain stock levels and minimize loss.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

• Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members

• Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events

• Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

• Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss

• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
