We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Advisory & Sales Executive to engage with qualified leads, advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, and drive successful transactions. The role combines client relationship management, financial advisory, and market expertise, with a strong focus on the Georgian real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Client Engagement
- Initiate contact with potential clients upon receipt of qualified leads.
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to engage, qualify, and nurture prospects.
- Schedule and manage virtual or in-person meetings to present investment opportunities.
- Maintain timely, professional, and client-focused communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and rental yield analysis.
- Prepare and present customized investment proposals aligned with client financial goals.
- Deliver property presentations, conduct site visits, and lead investment briefings.
- Track and monitor client investment portfolios to ensure consistent value delivery.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Provide regular client updates and feedback reports to the Investment Advisory Manager.
- Accurately document all client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth and compliant transaction processes.
Market Knowledge & Development
- Stay up to date with Georgian real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Develop a solid understanding of construction, architectural, and property development aspects to better support client advisory.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably real estate) or investment advisory.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on knowledge of ROI, NPV, IRR, and property valuation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Russian or additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly client-focused.
