Qualifications

7-10 years of logistics experience in Ready Mix operations.
Experience coordinating transportation, fleet movement, delivery schedules, and logistics activities in a time-sensitive Ready Mix environment.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline (certifications advantageous).

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate day-to-day logistics and dispatch for Ready Mix operations.
Develop delivery schedules and routes to support concrete deliveries.
Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, site teams, and operations to maintain smooth material movement.
Monitor vehicle turnaround times and fleet utilization.
Prepare operational reports on logistics performance and issues.
