JOB PURPOSE:
In-line quality and process control monitoring to ensure food safety, quality, regulatory, and other applicable standard compliance level.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic:
Food safety and quality assurance, specification compliance, Regulatory and customer requirements compliance.
Operational:
GMP, pest control, process control assurance.
People:
On-hand trainings, non-conformity reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Physical, chemical testing in raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.\ResourceQuality>
- Inspect food production lines and storage conditions to ensure product safety.
- Monitor and record all process parameters like CCPs, oPRPs, QCP and other spec parameters.
- Conduct product sensory evaluations.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors during production and storage.
- Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for compliance with specifications.
- Maintain records of all tests and 오 inspections conducted.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date to comply with regulatory bodies.
- Assist in developing quality assurance documentation and procedures.
- Ensure that all food products comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant food safety standards and regulations (e.g., SFDA, ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, customer audit standards).
- Identify trends in quality issues and work with production and R&Dazi teams to address and resolve them.
- Collaborate with other departments to improving product quality and consistency.
- Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any malfunctions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food science, veterinary science or related educational qualification.
- More than 2 years of work experience in a quality control or food safety role in manufacturing industry.
- Certification and knowledge in HACCP and Food safety.
- Experience and certifications in BRCGS, ISO22000, ISO14001, Halal etc, as preferred.
