Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and visionary Quality & Sustainability Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality management systems and sustainability initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values.

• Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product and service quality
• Lead sustainability initiatives and programs to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible business practices
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and sustainability performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects
• Stay up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and industry best practices
• Train and educate employees on quality and sustainability policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including certification bodies and regulatory agencies
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and sustainability
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable practices and quality improvements
