Job summary

AlRashed Food Company, a division of AlRashed Group, is seeking an entry-level to junior Quality Inspector at its Riyadh production facilities. You will ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality specs and regulatory standards, performing daily inspections.

Responsibilities include documenting results for audits, supporting the food safety management system, and promoting a quality-focused culture on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in quality inspection/QA within food manufacturing.
• Bakery industry experience is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and KSA food safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Verify product attributes including appearance, weight, texture, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and shelf-life compliance.
• Accurately document all inspection results for audit trails and traceability purposes.
• Support implementation and maintenance of the facility's food safety management system.
• Contribute to building a quality-focused culture across the production floor.

Role Overview

This is an entry-level to junior Quality Inspector position within the food and beverage production operations. The role centers on ensuring that incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products consistently meet established quality specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials and finished products
• Verify product attributes including appearance, weight, texture, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and shelf-life compliance
• Accurately document all inspection results for audit trails and traceability purposes
• Support implementation and maintenance of the facility's food safety management system
• Contribute to building a quality-focused culture across the production floor

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline
• Two to four years of professional experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a food manufacturing environment
• Bakery industry experience is highly valued
• Solid working knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 22000, and KSA-specific food safety regulations
